As for replacements, you can replace your headphones within 1 year of your purchase.
All returns or exchanges must be approved by chillheadphones.com. In order to obtain a replacement or return a product, please email our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org the following information:

- SKU # (description)
- Reason for return
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Credit card accounts will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s). The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been altered, any item that is not in its original condition or damaged. - In Stock items in which are sold at cost, on a special price or seasonal items.
